Air America Sale Goes Through

That didn't take long. The expected bidding situation took place in bankruptcy court today, and the bankruptcy judge approved the resulting sale of parent corporation Piquant, LLC. This leaves the expected Green and Green buyers with control, giving a minority stake to Glaser and two former board members.

This transaction comes at the absolute last minute, saving AAR from shutting down and liquidating all assets within a matter of days.

I wish the Greens luck in rebuilding this pioneering radio venture.
